C.J. Eisenbarth Hager

C.J. Eisenbarth Hager is Associate Director, Community Development for SLHI. Prior to SLHI, Hager was a Senior Policy Analyst for ASU’s Morrison Institute for Public Policy, where she served as co-investigator on a number of projects including how Arizona’s Latino community will shape the future of our state’s economy, how Arizona’s economy is positioned in the global economy, and an analysis of the state’s post-secondary education options. Hager also served as the Director of Government Relations for NeighborWorks America, a national affordable housing and community revitalization nonprofit organization. While there, she directed interaction between the organization and Congress, the presidential administration, and federal agencies. She has also worked for the Minnesota House of Representatives as a fiscal analyst and the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency as a policy analyst.

Hager received her bachelor’s degree in economics from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI, and a master’s degree in Community Planning from Kansas State University, where she was given the Alumni Honoree award for her professional accomplishments.
