Essen Otu

Essen Otu is Diversity & Cultural Competency Director for Mountain Park Health Center in Phoenix. He served as the Special Assistant to Seattle City Light where he was instrumental in the development of the utility’s Executive Leadership Program and helped advance its Race and Social Justice Initiative. Essen is a class 26 graduate of the Valley Leadership program, recipient of the Phoenix Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 award, and serves in multiple volunteer and advisory roles.
