Frank Fairbanks

Frank Fairbanks recently retired from an illustrious career as City Manager, City of Phoenix. Mr. Fairbanks has served on many Boards, including the Board of the National Academy of Public Administration, Public Technology Incorporated-Urban Consortium, Salvation Army-Phoenix, and Central Arizona Shelter Services. Frank was recently honored as the 2010 Valley Leadership Man of the Year.
