Javier Cárdenas, MD

Javier Cárdenas, MD is a Child Neurologist with Barrow Neurological Institute at St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center. His volunteerism for Special Olympics inspired him to enter the field of child neurology. Dr. Cárdenas helped to establish the Barrow Resource for Acquired Injury to the Nervous System (B.R.A.I.N.S.) program that includes collaboration with the Brain Injury Association of Arizona and Arizona State University.
